We ship to all 50 US states and US territories. Free shipping is available when you purchase 4 or more packs.
Orders are picked up daily at 4:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday. If you receive a tracking number before 4:00 PM, your order will most likely ship that same day. There are no pickups on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed over the weekend may receive a tracking number, but tracking updates will not appear until the carrier scans the package on Monday.
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.
Discreet Packaging
All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. No logos, product names, or branding appear on the outside of the box or envelope. The return address is listed simply as our fulfillment center. Nothing on the label indicates the contents of the package.

How to Request a Return

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package was lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, contact our support team with your order number and tracking details. We will work to find a solution and replace your order as quickly as possible.
Order Modifications
If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been picked up by the carrier can usually be modified. Once the order is in transit, changes are no longer possible.
